2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Browsers also offer similar storage, such as local storage. The rules below apply to all of them.
3. Cookies and Storage on This Site
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies. The Site itself stores one entry in your browser's local storage. Two security services we use may also set cookies, only in the situations described here.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as
cf_clearance) only if it has to check a visitor's browser to stop an attack or abuse; it is
not used for tracking.
The local storage entry never leaves your browser: it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
4. Why We Do Not Ask for Consent
Under Article 22.2 of the Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and as explained in the Spanish data protection authority's (AEPD) guide on cookies, no consent is needed for storage that is used only to transmit a communication, or that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly asked for.
All the storage described above falls under that exemption: the notice entry only remembers your choice about the notice itself, and the security cookies only protect the Site and the contact form you choose to use. That is why the Site shows a notice but does not ask for consent. If we ever add storage that needs consent, we will ask for it before setting it.
5. The Cookie Notice
On your first visit, a short notice tells you about this storage. Closing it saves the
cookie-notice-dismissed entry. To see the notice again, clear your browser's data for
relaxgames.studio (see Section 6).
6. How to Manage Cookies
You can see, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Here are instructions for the most common browsers:

Clearing the Site's data only makes the cookie notice appear again. If you block hCaptcha's cookies, the contact form may not work; you can still email us at hello@relaxgames.studio.
7. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy if the cookies or storage on the Site change, and change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
